The game, which was developed in conjunction with Warner Bros.
Consumer Products, will have its premiere at the Global Gaming Expo 2017 (G2E) in Las Vegas next month.
The HBO series was itself based on a 1973 film starring Yul Brynner and is a dark fable examining the intersection of artificial consciousness and human weakness.
It won an impressive 22 Emmy notifications and with an average audience of 13 million viewers, rates as one of the most popular debut series ever broadcast.
The Westworld slots game will enable players to go on a journey through the series’ narrative and features many of the most popular characters, along with the show’s famous music, high-definition graphics and footage taken from the series.
The game will make its debut on Aristocrat’s new flame55 gaming cabinet, which includes a unique single-screen double-curved monitor, stereo symphonic audio and state of the art ergonomics.
Speaking about the premiere, the Senior Vice President of Aristocrat’s North American Marketing and Gaming Operations, Siobhan Lane, said that the game was another example of the company’s policy of seeking the most popular licensing agreements:
“We are thrilled to present our customers with the excitement of the Westworld slots game. At Aristocrat, our absolute number one priority with every game we create is to help our customers provide their players with an entertaining experience.
“We aggressively pursue the very best and most influential licenses to achieve that mission, and Westworld is a very exciting addition.”
Aristocrat’s slots portfolio already includes a number of other Warner Bros titles including the Batman Classic TV Series Slot Game, The Big Bang Theory, Dumb & Dumber and A Christmas Story.
