- Evolution looking to seamlessly blend RNG table games with live casino
- Format going live first at LeoVegas, but others will follow
Evolution’s innovation is ‘First Person Gaming’ where the best of both the live casino and electronic table game worlds are combined.
How it works
Electronic table games are games that replicate the classic casino games like roulette or blackjack, and are based on a computer programmed random number generator (RNG).
It is the RNG that drives these games and keeps the payouts and probabilities as advertised.
Evolution is promising 3D animation and immersive graphics to give their games the edge in the marketplace.
But the main selling point is its ‘Go Live’ button, which can transport players to a live casino version seamlessly, with the same user interface, while interacting with a real-live dealer.
The rules will also stay the same across the two formats.
The games were launched this week at LeoVegas casino.
Other operators carrying Evolution live casino games are many, so expect this to be available at a big range of online casinos this year.
Todd Haushalter, Chief Product Officer at Evolution, commented: “Going into RNG table games felt very natural for us. We serve millions of table game players online and we have learned so much about what they like.
“This was an opportunity to leverage the latest tech and couple it with all we know of table game players to give them a new way to enjoy our table games.”
Karolina Pelc, Director of Casino at LeoVegas, said: “We are excited to be the first operator to launch Evolution’s new First Person Gaming concept to our players.
“Just as for Evolution, innovation is at the very core of LeoVegas’ offering, and with FPG we will be able to provide the ultimate player experience, across all devices and on mobile from Day 1”.
