- Playtech reveals new cutting-edge live casino studio
- Grand Royale to kick start next generation live casino line-up
Grand Royale has been unveiled by Playtech Live as the brand’s flagship live casino experience.
The company says that Grand Royale is the first of a whole host of concepts that will combine to create Playtech Live’s next generation live casino line-up, within the Playtech studio, which they say is the largest and most cutting-edge studio within the industry.
Playtech licensees and their players are set to benefit from Grand Royale’s features, functionality and personalisation options which come together to offer players a high-end experience that aims to deliver the looks of but also the feel of a true VIP offering.
Playtech say Grand Royale contains an array of new studio design elements including the brand’s Grand Blackjack, which offers offering VIP customers an experience that rivals the tables of Salle Privée. Grand Roulette has also been upgraded to Playtech’s Mini Prestige Roulette delivering a more engaging and richer player experience and new style tables also feature across the room.
Five blackjack tables, one baccarat table and one roulette table make up the seven tables within the new experience and Playtech were delighted to report that not only did Grand Royale open on time, at the end of February 2017, but it also opened with a smooth migration of existing users.
Off the back of the upgrades Playtech has reported an uplift of more than 30% across the new tables, which was pleasing for the company’s Chief Operating Officer Shimon Akad.
“Each of the upcoming experiences, including Grand Royale, has been hand engineered to fit the needs of the customers using it,”
Shimon Akad, Chief Operating Officer, Playtech
Akad added: “Grand Royale will also contain unique elements that are specially designed to maximise the impact value we get from the customer and diversify the existing network.
“This first deployment represents the beginning of Playtech’s new, next generation studio proposition, and complements our new, market-leading UI, that began rolling out during the fourth quarter of last year with HTML5 Roulette and other games.”
“The Live team have worked tremendously hard on the new studio and the many new environments, rooms and experiences that will soon be launched. Grand Royale is the first of many and truly stands out as a best-in-class live casino product that I’m confident operators will significantly benefit from and players will love to play.”
Playtech has worked hard to earn its reputation as a renowned online casino provider and their product line speaks volumes.
Playtech licensees include Betfred, bgo, LeoVegas, Mansion and William Hill and their new Grand Royale experience is ticking lots of boxes for players, who are looking for a fully engaging and immersive VIP online casino experience. Competition in the market is always good for the players, and with Playtech making this move we can expect to see the standard of the live casino experience to keep on rising.
